In this video I explain the basic technique for playing a forehand push in table tennis.

A forehand push is a defensive shot, typically used to return a backspin serve, push or chop.

In the video I explain when to use a forehand push, how to execute the shot and some common mistakes to look out for.

I also give training drill examples to help you practice and improve.
