Having many different types of serve can be very useful when playing matches. If one type of serve isn’t troubling your opponent, then another might. In this training camp we are going to work on four different service actions – the pendulum serve, the reverse pendulum serve, the backhand serve and the tomahawk serve. We will work on the technique of the serves and how to use them effectively in matches.
