In this training camp, you will learn how to transition from push to loop to hit. This is a key rallying transition in table tennis. It will allow you to get out of a pushing rally by initiating the first attack (loop) and then attacking more aggressively with the next shot (hit). If you can master the transition from push to loop to hit, you will be able to beat more opponents and massively increase your win percentage.
