I very much hope that every player who registers for my training camps is able to attend. But sometimes life events – injury, illness, caring obligations, etc – means a player has to withdraw.
If you need to cancel, please give me as much notice as possible. I usually have a waiting list of players wishing to attend and may be able to fill the space. If I can fill the space, then I will be able to issue you a full refund. Send me an email and I will see what I can do.
If I am unable to find a replacement, then the following cancellation policy applies…
- If you cancel at least 14 days before the start of the training camp, I can offer a full refund
- If you cancel within 14 days of the start of the training camp, I won’t be able to offer a refund
